¿Cuánto tarda el video?
Entre 5 y 7 días hábiles desde que recibimos la bolsa y acordamos el tema. Te mandamos el video para revisarlo antes de publicar.
¿Puedo aprobar el video antes de que salga?
Sí. Revisas que tu marca y los datos del café estén bien. El tono y la guía siguen siendo los de Coffee Coach, porque eso es lo que hace que la gente lo vea completo.
¿Puedo elegir el tema?
Lo elegimos juntos. Te proponemos 2 o 3 temas que encajen con tu café, por ejemplo una receta en el método que mejor le va.
¿Tengo que mandar el café?
Sí, una bolsa. La probamos antes de aceptar: solo recomendamos cafés que nos gustan. Si no encaja, te lo decimos y no te cobramos nada.
¿Garantizan un número de vistas?
No. Ninguna red lo puede garantizar. Te mostramos nuestras cifras de cada mes y, a los 7 días, te mandamos el reporte con las vistas reales de tu video.
¿Puedo usar el video en mi publicidad?
Sí, con un costo adicional. Te entregamos el archivo para tus redes o tu pauta.

How long does the video take?

Yes. You check that your brand and the coffee details are right. The tone and the guide stay Coffee Coach's, because that's what makes people watch to the end.
Can I choose the topic?
We choose it together. We'll suggest 2 or 3 topics that suit your coffee, for example a recipe in the method it shines in.
Do I need to send the coffee?
Yes, one bag. We taste it before saying yes: we only recommend coffees we like. If it's not a fit, we'll let you know and there's no charge.
Do you guarantee a number of views?
No. No network can guarantee that. We share our numbers every month and, after 7 days, we send you a report with your video's real views.
Can I use the video in my ads?
Yes, for an additional fee. We'll give you the file for your social channels or your ads.
